ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

ORDER & PAYMENT
- Orders are confirmed only after the required down payment has been received.
- Down payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Any remaining balance must be settled before or upon pickup/delivery.
- Please review and confirm all order details (name, message, color, design, flavor, size, date, and time) before payment.
- Minor variations in color, decorations, and design may occur as all products are handcrafted.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
- Changes to your order are accepted up to 48 hours before the pickup/delivery date, subject to availability.
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may no longer be accommodated.


DELIVERY & PICKUP
- Please be available at the agreed pickup/delivery time.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
- Once the order has been received in good condition, Treatslicious Dessert Shop is no longer liable for damages caused by improper handling or storage.

FOOD SAFETY
Our products may contain or come into contact with:

STORAGE
- Cakes and desserts should be stored properly after pickup/delivery.
- For best quality, consume within the recommended storage period.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS : The following are strictly non-refundable: All food products (ingredients, baked goods, perishable items) Custom-made cakes and special orders Opened or used baking ingredients or equipment.


2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (EQUIPMENT ONLY) : Returns or replacements may be accepted only if: Item is defective upon arrival Item is incorrect or incomplete Damage occurred prior to delivery acceptance

3. RETURN CONDITIONS : Claims must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receipt Must include clear photo or video proof Items must remain unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

4. REFUND METHOD : Approved refunds will be processed via: Bank transfer E-wallet Store credit (if applicable) Processing time: 5–10 business days
